CTC Conservation Centre in Uganda: CTC Conservation Centre is located in central Uganda in the Mpigi district a few kilometers away from Kampala city. This center was established to conserve and provide knowledge about wildlife in Uganda. It was introduced to conserve wildlife species that are on the verge of extinction. The CTC Conservation Centre in Uganda was established in 2015 by a group of environmentalists. Since that time, the facility has expanded in both size and the number of wildlife species has increased.

The conservation center plays a crucial role in impacting the local communities surrounding it and they include;

Employment opportunities where the people in the area have been employed have improved their standards of living through the wages they earn.

Revenue earned from the center, a percentage has been given to the community for the development of infrastructure like roads, hospitals, schools, and many others.

CTC has trained the community about environmental conservation by creating awareness amongst the members of the community.
