Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Akagera National Park
As you arrive at the Kigali International Airport, meet our guide. He or she will brief you about the 4 days Uganda gorillas and Akagera National Park safari. Later on, you will start over with the transfer to the Akagera National Park which is in the northeast of Rwanda. The transfer to the park will take about 2 to 3 hours of the day and upon arrival at the park, you will be transferred to the hotel for lunch.
After your lunch, you will go ahead with the transfer to Lake Ihema for a boat cruise. While at the lake for a boat cruise, you will see some wildlife like crocodiles, hippos, elephants, and many others. Later on, you will be transferred to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full-day Adventure in Akagera National Park
While in the park, you will start over with the morning breakfast and then proceed to the park for the full-day adventure. You will engage in game viewing where you will encounter several wildlife like Lions, leopards, rhinos, warthogs, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, impalas, and many others. Later on, you will have a lunch picnic in the park, and later on, you will continue with the activity.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On the second last day of the 4 days at Uganda Gorillas and Akagera National Park, you will start over with the transfer to the Bwindi impenetrable national park after your early morning breakfast. The transfer will involve the cross border via the Katuna border and the transfer will take about 6 hours of the day. Upon arrival at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, you will be transferred to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking and transfer back to Kigali
On the last day of the safari, you will start over with the morning breakfast and then go ahead with the transfer to the park headquarters for the briefing about the gorilla trekking. Later on, you will go ahead with the activity which will take about 2 to 7 hours of the day. You will have one hour of viewing the gorillas maintaining a social distance of about 7 meters.
Then later on, you will go ahead with the transfer back to Kigali which will take about 6 hours of the day. On arrival in Kigali, you will either be transferred to the hotel of your choice or the airport for your outbound flights. This will be the end of 4 days Uganda gorillas and Akagera National Park safari.
