Things you can do in the Morning on a Uganda Safari: While on Uganda safaris, there are several things that travelers can do in the morning hours of the safari. Uganda is located in the East African and the Great Lakes regions. The morning usually ranges from 0600 hours to 1200 hours of the day for the travelers to engage in any activity. Uganda has several things that travelers can do in the morning hours and they include;
Game drives
Game driving is one of the key activities in the savannah parks of Uganda. This activity is done for travelers to have a view of the wildlife in the savannah parks. The game drive is usually done in the morning since the wildlife are usually in their habitats and the weather supports them to be in open places. Travelers have a higher opportunity to see several wildlife during the safari. The trekking permit costs about 800 dollars for foreign nonresidents, 700 dollars for foreign residents, 500 dollars for the rest of Africa, and 300000 Ugandan shillings for East African residents.
Chimpanzee habituation
Chimpanzee habituation is the process where the chimpanzees are trained to get used to human presence. This process takes about 2 years. Travelers can also engage in this activity in the morning hours of the day for travelers to have more time with the chimpanzee. Here travelers have a full-day adventure with chimpanzees. In Uganda, it is only done in the kibale national park. The chimpanzee trekking permit costs about 300 dollars for foreign nonresidents, 250 dollars for foreign residents, and 250000 Ugandan shillings for East African residents.
Nature walks
Nature walks are guided activities that travelers on their safaris to Uganda engage in on foot exploring the surrounding environment of the visited destination.
