Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On day 1 of the 7 Days January Tour in Uganda, you will start with a transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in southwestern Uganda. The transfer will take about 8 to 9 hours of the day to reach the park. Drive through endless hills of western Uganda as well as lush green vegetation. You will enjoy scenic views of the savannah plains as you get deeper into the region. Lunch will be along the way. A stopover at the Uganda Equator is equally rewarding. On arrival in the park, you will check in to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa community visit
On the second day of the 7 Days January Tour in Uganda, you will start over with the transfer to the park headquarters for the briefing about the gorilla trekking. In the briefing, you will be highlighted how the trekking will be done. Later on, you will proceed with the activity which will take about 2 to 7 hours of the day. Upon meeting a gorilla group, you will be allowed to spend an hour in their presence. Take as many photos as you wish but ensure to follow the gorilla trekking rules and regulations. You will continue with the community visit of the Batwa where you will learn about their lifestyle and way of living.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park and afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga Channel
You will start your day with a morning breakfast and then go ahead with a transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Upon arrival in the park, you will take a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Here, you will see several wildlife like elephants, buffaloes, crocodiles, monitor lizards, and many others.

Day 4: Game drive and transfer to Kibale National Park
While in Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will start with a morning breakfast and then go ahead with a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains of the park. During the game drive, you see several wildlife like lions, leopards, elephants, warthogs, kobs, buffaloes, and many others. Later on, you will proceed with the transfer to the Kibale National Park. As you transfer, you will make a stopover at the equator for photography and equator experience. Lunch will be along the way.
Upon arrival, you will take a walk around Bigodi Village. Magombe Swamp is a reliable birding destination with rare species like the blue Rwenzori turaco. Visit the Banana Village and take part in local activities including brewing local beer, making coffee, and traditional dances. In the evening, you will check in to your lodge for dinner and spend the night over.

Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking and Transfer to the Murchison Falls National Park
Day 5 will start with a lip-smirking breakfast and then later on proceed to the park headquarters for the briefing about chimpanzee trekking. You will go ahead with the activity in the search for the chimpanzee in the forest. The activity will take about 2 to 7 hours of the day and you will have 1 hour viewing the chimpanzee in the park. Then, later on, you will continue with the transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. As you arrive at the lodge, you will be transferred to the lodge for dinner and night.

Day 6: Full-day adventure in Murchison Falls National Park
On the second last day of the 7 Days January Tour in Uganda, you will start your full-day adventure in the park where you will go ahead with the game drive. The game drive will take you through the encounter of several wildlife like lions, giraffes, buffaloes, leopards, warthogs, elephants, and many others. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Paara for a boat cruise on the Victoria Nile. You will see several wildlife like elephants, buffaloes, water bucks, hippos, Nile crocodiles, and many others.

Day 7: Rhino tracking and transfer to Kampala

You will see the rhinos grazing around the sanctuary and then later on proceed with the transfer to Kampala.
